I really look forward to Pinar’s Pilates classes at the end of my work day. With working from home, I am at my desk for most of the day! So her classes are perfect for me to work all those idle muscles after I’m done. The exercises as I like to call them are “small movements, with big impact”
She focuses on the technique rather than how many reps you can do and also pays attention to how each of us are doing the exercises so we get the most out of it.
That is something I really really appreciate!
